Hon. Kirabo Agnes is the Central youth representative of the 11th Parliament. She was born on 8th Jan,1992 to Mr & Mrs Nyakairu Livingstone of Luwero District. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from Makerere University. She is passionate about developing communities through legislative leadership and helping vulnerable groups, especially children and women.
